Is there a deposit required to order a vehicle?
Yes, a fully refundable holding deposit, equal to one month’s lease payment is required.
Can I change my contracted period?
Yes, send us an email ( [email protected] ) and we’ll send you an updated quotation. The maximum contract period is 48 months.
What happens at the end of the iLease?
We’ll contact you and arrange for the vehicle’s return. The vehicle will be inspected for damage (fair wear and tear accepted). If the condition of the vehicle requires some repair the costs will be for your account.
What if my expected usage changes?
We will assess your actual usage every 90 days and amend your contracted mileage to your actual usage automatically. If your usage is less than what you contracted to, the monthly cost should reduce accordingly and if the usage is above what was contracted the monthly cost will increase accordingly.
I’ve had an accident, what do I do?

How do I order the vehicle I want?
Please complete the Pre-qualification process, you’ll then be able to complete a quotation request specific to the vehicle you have in mind. We will source the best deal we can find on the vehicle (or you can) and we’ll provide you with a binding quotation and order form.
Can I return the vehicle if I no longer need it?
Yes, you can. Will my monthly cost change if the prime lending rate does?
The vehicle financing cost portion of the iLease is linked to the prime lending rate and therefore an adjustment to the percentage will either increase or decrease your monthly payment, in accordance with the change only.
How do I get my tyres replaced?
Normal wear tyre replacement, take the vehicle to your local (Avis approved) tyre retailer and inform them it’s an Avis iLease vehicle – they will call us for authorisation and invoice us directly. If it’s a tyre replacement due to damage/abuse the replacement will be for your account to settle with the supplier directly.
How do I get my vehicle serviced?
Book your vehicle for a service with your most conveniently located franchise dealer. Inform them it’s and Avis iLease vehicle when you take the vehicle in. They will contact us for authorisation, they will invoice us directly. You can collect your vehicle from the dealer after the service.
